1. NO ENTRY FEE, PAYMENT OR PURCHASE NECESSARY: The Give-Away entry begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Saving Time (EDST) on April 25, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDST on May 31, 2008 (the “Entry Period”).

2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the "Yamaha Surround Sound System Give-Away” via the Internet, you may access the Your Audio Visual Specialists (YAVS) website at www.yavs.com.au follow all instructions to locate and complete the online entry form. All required fields on the registration form must be filled and completed. To enter by mail, send a DL envelope on which you have included your first and last name, address (including post code), e-mail address and telephone number and mail it to the Mail In to Win Address below. All entries must be received on or before 11:59 p.m. EDST on May 31, 2008 in order to be eligible for the drawing. Limit: One entry per person, per household or e-mail address.

All mass entries or reproductions are disqualified. (Sponsor) is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by the Service Provider on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at the Service Providers website or any combination thereof. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. All entries are the property of YAVS. YAVS reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules or tampers with the promotion or the web site. YAVS reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the entire promotion at any time. If promotion is terminated for any reason, notice will be promptly posted at www.yavs.com.au

3. ELIGIBILITY: Give-Away is open to any living persons, located in Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of YAVS, Retailer Members, Yamaha Music Australia and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families of each are not eligible to enter. Proof of identity will be required prior to delivery of prize.

4. DRAWING: Potential prize winner will be selected in a drawing to be conducted on the week commencing June 1, 2008 by YAVS representatives, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to this Free Give-Away. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Potential Prize winners will be notified, by telephone by June 7, 2008. If for any reason YAVS is unable to contact a potential winner at their given telephone number that day, the Prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn from all remaining eligible entries. Prize winner grants permission to have their name and address (city and state only)* used for Yamaha and Advertiser’s advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. * For example: Mr. John Smith, Ringwood, Victoria.

5. PRIZE: Yamaha Surround Sound System (1) Prize cannot be replaced if lost or stolen; (2) Substitution or transfer of Prize will not be permitted; (3) Item must be collected from your nearest YAVS store within 21 days of notification; (4) Delivery can be arranged at extra cost; (5) Installation and set-up of the Prize is the Prize winner’s sole responsibility; you are advised to follow all of manufacturer’s directions regarding the set-up and use of the product.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering or accepting a prize in this Give-Away, winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and to comply with all federal and state laws and regulations. There are no prize substitutions, transfers or cash equivalents permitted. Entry into this Free Give-Away constitutes permission to use winner’s name and address (city and state only – see above) for advertising and publicity purposes for this or similar promotions without further compensation. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Your Audio Visual Specialists Pty Ltd and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, lawyers, employees and agents from any and all damage, injury, death, loss, misfortune or other liability of any kind that may arise from or in connection with his or her acceptance of the prize, possession or use of the prize, or his or her participation in this Free Give-Away or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded.

7. WHO WON: Following the drawing, Prize winner’s name(s) will be posted on YAVS earliest possible email newsletter.

8. MARKETING DISCLOSURES: Give-Away entrants will automatically be enrolled to receive the YAVS e-mail newsletter which has audio-video news, new product information and more. Your entry constitutes your acceptance to be included on our e-mail newsletter data base. This subscription is at no cost and you can unsubscribe at anytime by either clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every e-mail newsletter or by sending us an e-mail (audiovisualspecialists@hotmail.com) making this request.
